We are delighted to announce the recent installation of Rev. Dr. Nathan Howard Yoder STS as the Director of Lutheran Studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Charlotte. Dr. Yoder began this role in May 2023.
The installation ceremony took place during the Carolinas Mission Region Convocation on Saturday, May 4, 2024, marking a significant milestone for both Dr. Yoder and the North American Lutheran Seminary (NALS).
Dr. Yoder’s appointment reflects our commitment to providing exceptional theological education within the North American Lutheran Church (NALC). His wealth of knowledge and expertise, combined with his dedication to pastoral ministry, makes him a valuable addition to the NALS faculty.
The installation was a celebration of Dr. Yoder’s leadership and the collaboration between Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and the NALS. As we look ahead, we are excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring for theological and pastoral formation across the Carolinas Mission Region and beyond.
