The North American Lutheran Seminary is comprised of two components: the Seminary Center and Houses of Studies located within North American Lutheran Church Mission Districts. The model is one of a hub and spokes system with the Seminary Center as the hub and the Houses of Studies as spokes going out throughout North America.
There is one curriculum, one faculty, and one focus, but many possible locations. The entire NALS system will offer one core curriculum in Lutheran studies so that all students are receiving the same core theological education regardless of whether they are studying at the Seminary Center or a House of Studies.
This model allows NALC students to take classes in a traditional setting with other NALC students either at the Seminary Center or at one of the Houses of Studies nearer to their homes.
The Seminary Center is located at Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.
