We’re often asked how our students can possibly prepare for ministry in our rapidly changing and fractured society.
Through a biblical, theological, and confessional education that is supplemented by daily spiritual formation.
At the North American Lutheran Seminary, we strive to prepare our students for whatever future they’ll face by helping them to build a foundation—a way of thinking—that will allow them to make decisions with integrity and compassion in any situation they encounter.
We do this through the daily rhythm of prayer and Scripture reading, our weekly gatherings around the Table, and the constant give-and-take of conversation around lunch and during class.
At the NALS, I’ve seen myself grow in realizing, even more, how good and sweet and necessary it is to gather regularly with the Body of Christ— to receive from our generous Lord and return to him our praises of thanksgiving and wonder.Brittany Jones, MDiv 2019
